
Dr. PATRICE MUKOMENA NTANDA, MD, MMED, Fellow Int. Med (ECSA), PhD
Dr. Patrice Mukomena Ntanda is a Medical Doctor and an Internal Medicine Specialist with vast experience in various clinical settings, including the rural and urban hospitals in Zambia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He has worked in both government and private hospitals, at primary, secondary, and tertiary levels of care. Dr Patrice’s medical career spans over 26 years of clinical, research, and teaching. He served the Zambian Ministry of Health in various healthcare facilities, including Kitwe Teaching Hospital, Ronald Ross General Hospital, Mansa Central Hospital, and the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka. He also served as a lecturer of Internal Medicine at the University of Zambia and Lusaka Apex Medical University. He is currently a Senior Lecturer of Internal Medicine and Head of the Department of Medicine and Clinical Sciences at Eden University, Zambia. Dr. Patrice holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Infectious Diseases, a Master’s of Medicine in Internal Medicine, a Fellowship in Internal Medicine from the Eastern, Central, and Southern African College of Internal Medicine Physicians (ECSA), a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology.
