Dr. NCHIMUNYA MACHILA, MD, MMED

Dr. Nchimunya Machila is a seasoned consultant Paediatrician with 17 years of experience as a medical practitioner, primarily in Zambia’s public health sector. He is a member of the Zambia Paediatric Association (ZPA) and the Zambia Medical Association (ZMA). Currently, he is serving as Dean of the School of Medicine at Eden University. Previously, he served as a consultant paediatrician and clinical care specialist at Chinsali General Hospital and the Muchinga Provincial Health Office, respectively, among several roles he played in the public health sector. Dr. Machila has strong management, leadership, and clinical skills. Dr. Machila holds a Master’s of Medicine in Paediatrics and Child Health, a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology.
